Use a Firewall & Antivirus
If your connected to the internet you have to use a Firewall and a Antivirus program to protect you from all the bad stuff that is floating online. Hackers are constantly port scanning the internet for ip addresses and if you happen to be the unexpecting system they find thats vunerable and your not prepared you can fall victim to them. A firewall filters your internet connect so it's important to have one running at all times when your online.
An antivirus is also as fundamental to have as a firewall. You should never surf the internet nor download files without having a good antivirus to ensure you never get infected. Many people don't use Antivirus software because they either don't know any better or think they can get around without one, unfortunately these are the same individuals who will end up having a corrupted system because they just keep getting viruses until they infect important Windows system files and make their system unusable or so slow that it's practically unusable. So always have antivirus software installed to ensure you have a safe computing experience and remember you can always download free antivirus software so don't think you have to pay for one.
